CAN I RENT STUDIO 1418 FOR A PRIVATE PARTY?

- No, since this is an office building we are not allowed to have private parties in our space. 

 

CAN WE BRING IN FOOD, DRINKS, AND ALCOHOL?

- Yes, however please note that you need to clean up or we will charge a minimum of a $150 cleaning fee.

 

DO YOU PROVIDE PLATES, GLASSES, CUPS, TABLE CLOTH, NAPKINS, AND SILVERWARE? 

- No, you would need to bring everything you need and take everything with you after the rental.

 

ARE SET-UP TIME AND CLEAN-UP TIME PART OF MY RENTAL TIME?

- Yes. However, on most days we are flexible to extend your rental time for you, if needed (for an additional fee). Please notify us in advance.
